Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hubble(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
The Service
Hubble is an AI advertising tool for ecommerce brands. It connects to your Shopify store and your Meta ad account to generate ad creatives and copy, analyse existing ads, and help you publish and measure ads. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you use (including Shopify and Meta).
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members’ accounts.
- You must have the right to connect any Shopify store or Meta ad account you link to the Service.
Connected platforms
When you connect Shopify or Meta, you authorise Hubble to access and process data from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We create ads in your Meta ad account only at your explicit request, and ads are created in a paused state for your review.
AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to generate images and copy from your inputs. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy, rights to any depicted material, and advertising-claim compliance. We do not warrant that generated content is fit for any particular purpose.
Billing
Paid plans and usage credits are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. We may change pricing on notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to create deceptive, infringing, or unlawful advertising.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not misuse connected-platform access or exceed the permissions granted to you.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand materials and the content you create with the Service, subject to the rights of any third-party platforms or model providers. Hubble retains all rights in the Service itself.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ad spend, lost profits, or platform actions resulting from content you publish. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
