Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Hubble lets you remove your data at any time, including any data we obtained through your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) connection. You have two options.

Option 1 — Disconnect Meta (removes your Meta data)

To remove the data we hold from your Meta connection — including the stored Meta access token, your connected ad account, and your Pages list:

  • Sign in to Hubble.
  • Go to Settings → Integrations.
  • Click Disconnect on the Meta Ads connection.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored Meta access token and connection record for that workspace. The same applies to Shopify via Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.

Option 2 — Delete your account and all associated data

To delete your entire Hubble account and all associated data (workspaces, brands, briefs, generated creatives, and any connected-platform data), email hello@hubble.cofrom the email address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We will verify the request, delete your personal data and connected-platform data, and confirm completion by email, ordinarily within 30 days. Data held by our processors (for example Stripe billing records we are required to retain for legal/accounting purposes) is removed in line with their retention obligations.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email) and authentication record.
  • Workspaces, brands, brand DNA, briefs, ideas, and generated creatives.
  • Connected-platform data: Meta access token + ad/insights data, and Shopify catalog/sales data.
  • Diagnostic identifiers associated with your account.

See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and how we use it. For any deletion question, contact hello@hubble.co.
